We are looking to fill a position as soon as possible Assistant for Documentation & Projecgt Administration (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Handling general administrative and office-related tasks
- Providing assistance int the preparion of documentation for equipment engineering projects
- Recording working hours and maintaining employee master data and service assignments
- Preparing travel expense reports
- Booking and arranging hotel accommodation and rental cars for service assignments
- Maintaining the petty cash book
- Analyzing, maintaining and digitizing service documentation
- Organizing and planning customer visits, including preparation and follow-up
- Recording and managing warehouse inventory
- Providing administrative support for project execution, including purchasing, invoice verification and preparation of accounting documents for the tax advisor
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial / business administration training, e.g. as an Industrial Clerk or Foreign Trade and Wholesale Clerk, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent planning and organizational skills combined with a strong commitment to quality
- Structured and organized way of working and a strong team-player mentality
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken
- Confident and experienced user of standard MS Office applications
- A valid Class B driver's license

- Programming (STEP7, TIA Portal)
- Plant visualization (SIMATIC WinCC/ HMI, TIA Portal)
- Conducting commissioning and acceptance testing of our safety workstations at the customer's site

You bring the following with you:
- a completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or automation technology
- Safe handling of Siemens STEP7 in the environment of the TIA Portal as well as with Siemens SIMATIC WinCC
- We would appreciate several years of professional experience, but it is not mandatory.
- Reading, understanding and implementing construction and circuit diagrams, as well as knowledge of measurement and control technology, are a matter of course for you.
