For wet and dry cleaning in cleanroom areas
Designed for the dry cleaning of contaminated personal protective suits. The ADKS-Air can be operated in 100% recirculation mode. For this, the air is filtered through F9/H14 filters and returned to the airlock interior via a terminal H14 filter.
Operation is via buttons in the side rails and inside the system.
Material airlock integrated in the side panel of the safety workstation; dimensions are adjustable. Materials can be loaded or unloaded from the front via a glass door, which is locked against the inner door. The airlock door is a sliding door, allowing for maximum clear opening.
Depending on requirements, the airlock can be operated with a pressure cascade system.
To facilitate handling within the airlock, it can optionally be equipped with a pull-out tray that extends into the work area of the safety workstation.
The ABARCON Personnel Decontamination Unit (PDU) is designed for cleaning contaminated personal protective suits (PPE) used in cleanrooms.
It prevents the spread of active substances from the cleanroom to other areas. For active wet cleaning, the person wearing the externally ventilated PPE enters the PDU and connects to the suit's breathing air supply system (plug connection). The wet cleaning program is then started via an illuminated button. The addition of cleaning agents according to a configurable cleaning program is also possible. The special arrangement of the washing/spray nozzles ensures a high level of cleaning effectiveness.
